MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® is to provide an environment that promotes professionalism and profitability among its members to better serve the public.
VISION STATEMENT
The vision of the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® is to be a catalyst for achieving maximum professionalism and profitability throughout the membership and to be a leading force in the communities we serve.
NATURE OF THE ASSOCIATION
The nature of the Association is determined to be:
- An "ALL-REALTOR®" Association (Indicative of equal voting privileges for Brokers and Agents.)
- Membership composition is approximately 2/3 urban and 1/3 rural (Indicative of primary membership base in Buchanan County, with representative members in Andrew, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Harrison and Worth Counties.)
- Services and programs are designed to meet the needs of the real estate professional. (Indicative of all aspects of professional services relating to the real estate transaction.)
